As we grow and expand as a company, we want to provide opportunities, with the help of members of the TheaterUP company, for our youth to remain engaged, connected, and artistic, while also growing social and leadership skills that will transcend on and off stage. Our goal is to build and create a monthly opportunity for students to develop a unique toolbox of theatrical knowledge relating to the performance, technical, and design elements to build confidence and a passion for their interests within our company and community. Additionally, we plan to pilot a youth leadership program where young individuals within our company will have a space to voice their ideas, thoughts, and opinions to our established committees within the board.
