I am Lani Willmar, 1Berkshire’s Economic Recovery Corps Fellow and founder of Ethos Pathways, a Berkshire-based initiative supporting Environmental Justice youth through creative, place-based climate programming. A Williams College alum and storyteller at heart, I work at the intersection of economic justice, youth voice, and sustainability. I draw from my Vietnamese heritage and background in creative writing, poetry, and community-centered design to create spaces where rural youth can reclaim power through art, culture, and narrative.
